September Heatmap: Where to Eat Right Now

View as Map

Welcome to the September Eater Detroit Heatmap. There have been plenty of openings this past month, with several more planned in the next few days. Unlike that more stable of standbys, the Eater 38, the Heatmap aims to be more current as it catches wind of the newest, most popular places to eat and drink each month. This month look for some new additions to the 'burbs, some lunch spots downtown, and some upcoming openings that have everyone very excited.

Highlights include the soon to open Top of the Pontch and Johnny Noodle King, Dime Store is serving up brunch, and Mad Hatter is bringing high tea (and Alice in Wonderland flare) to Birmingham.

Did we miss your favorite new restaurant? Been somewhere else that feels worthy of high praise and popular approval? Drop us a note on our tipline or leave your thoughts below.
