This cash-only spot has been serving up delicious spring rolls, pad Thai, and the famed tom yum soup since 1986. Not much about the ambiance has changed, it’s almost impossible to get through on the telephone line, and the food is pretty spicy, but it’s worth it. Especially the tom yum soup.
