Celebrity chef and self-proclaimed mayor of Flavortown Guy Fieri launched a ghost kitchen from what appears to be Brio Italian Grille at the Mall at Partridge Creek. Fieri currently operates a number of ghost kitchens in cities across the country, including in Boston, Dallas, and Washington, D.C.
Aptly named Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen, the virtual, delivery-only restaurant serves cheesesteak egg rolls, chicken parm-eroni pasta, burgers, wings, and sandwiches all with that distinctive Fieri flare (think, donkey sauce). For those seeking a somewhat healthier option than a gut-busting bacon mac and cheese burger with a side of fried pickles, there’s the surprisingly tame (by Fieri standards) chopped romaine salad topped with Caesar dressing. It includes the option to add grilled chicken or salmon. Most dishes on the menu are less than $15.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen operates daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at its Partridge Creek location. Check out the menu here. Order online or through the smartphone app for local delivery via most third-party services, including Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, UberEats, and Seamless.
