The new seasonal pop-up Capitol Cafe has officially opened in Capitol Park. The restaurant is operated by Eatori Market in a partnership with Bedrock Real Estate. Open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner now through September, the cafe serves plenty of refreshing dishes built for peak summer like a Waldorf salad and lobster roll.
Drinks are served out of the converted shipping container and there are plenty of greenery surrounded seats, with some shaded by a pergola.
Eatori is the Capitol Park market and restaurant that was first opened in 2017 by chef Zak Yatim and business partner Samer Ghafari.
Bedrock paired with Jeremy Sasson last summer to host a Latin restaurant pop-up in this same location.
