Beloved burger favorite Shake Shack is setting loose its second restaurant in Troy next week. The New York-based chain will open its next Michigan outpost inside the Somerset Collection food court at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 13.

This is the third spot for the company in Michigan, which debuted restaurants in downtown Detroit and Troy in 2017. Another restaurant is also on track to arrive in downtown Ann Arbor this fall as the chain fans out across the southeast region of the state.

The 2,800-square-foot Troy food court stand has a similar look to other Shacks with bowling alley lane tabletops, per a release, and, ike other Shake Shacks before it, the restaurant menu features options like Angus beef burgers on Martin’s Potato Rolls, fried chicken sandwiches, griddled hot dogs, and crinkle cut fries. Additionally, the restaurant will serve frozen concretes such as the Somer Break with vanilla custard, strawberry purée, rainbow sprinkles, and Zingerman’s Bakehouse pecan blondies.

Whether this latest Shake Shack will attract the same massive lines as its predecessors remains to be seen, but the first 100 people to visit can expect some free swag at the opening.
