From boozy milkshakes to Neapolitan-style pizzas to Zingerman’s pastries, the food offerings at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) are fairly abundant, but the space is preparing to add even more options over the next 10 years.

Global restaurateur HMSHost announced today that it will partner with AJA & Associates, LLC and Ellis Infinity to bring nine new food and beverage concepts to the airport’s North Terminal. The additions will include sour beer king Jolly Pumpkin Taphouse, Middle Eastern restaurant Anita’s Kitchen Lebanese Café, family-owned-and-operated market and restaurant Cantoro Italian Market Trattoria, Detroit-based Common Grace Coffee Company, Southeast Asian eatery Pei Wei Asian Diner, French bakery Brioche Dorée, home-of-the-Bloomin’-Onion Outback Steakhouse, Southern chicken sandwich chain Chick-fil-A, and, of course, a Starbucks.

The Wayne County Airport Authority gave HMSHost a 10-year contract and $258 million to operate all the new food and beverage stops.
