After an extensive renovation, the Siren Hotel is slated to fill the historic Wurlitzer Building and neighboring 1515 Broadway in downtown Detroit in March 2018. Developers ASH NYC have assembled a variety of new and exciting food and beverage projects that will phase in over the next year or so.
Among those dining options is an outpost of Bay City-based cafe and roastery Populace Coffee in the hotel lobby. That will be joined by two projects — a cocktail lounge called Candy Bar and an all-day diner and bakery called Karl’s — from chef Kate Williams and partner Matt Wang. Eater Young Gun chef Garrett Lipar will also be making a comeback at the Siren with his very own eight-seat, chef’s table called Albena. Other projects on tap for the building include piano karaoke bar Sid Gold’s Request Room and a rooftop bar.
Keep track of all the vital updates on food and beverage options right here as they come on line at the Siren Hotel.
