—Vegetarian and vegan eatery The Nosh Pit and Safflower Street are slinging vegan and gluten-free paczki out of their brand new restaurant space in Hamtramck (2995 Yemans St.) on Paczki Day. Look out for flavors like sweet potato-chocolate, banana cream, custard, raspberry, and lemon. The restaurant opens from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Grey Ghost’s pastry chef Jessica Chaney is getting in on the Fat Tuesday mania with Rocky Road-flavored paczkis at the restaurant. She’s also collaborating with neighboring cafe New Order Coffee on a paczki with cereal milk pastry cream, passionfruit glaze, and Fruity Pebbles.
