Troy is now home to Loaded Links, makers of high-end tube meats made from Wagyu and Kobe beef, deep-fried Oreos and a build-your-own burger menu. In celebration of the opening, customers will get a free order of month deep-fried Oreos with any meal purchase.

Loaded Links is now open in a 1,500-square-foot space at 800 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy and is operated by Randy Ayyar. Not your typical Coney, these franks are made with hormone and antibiotic-free meat and come in a variety of “haute dogs,” like the “Billionaire Dog,” topped with foie gras torch, port onion marmalade, truffle mayo and green onions; “the Longhorn” with beef brisket, coleslaw, and beer-battered onion rings; and the “Tijuana Dog” that’s wrapped in bacon, deep-fried and topped with grilled onion, jalapeño and mayo.

Eater first reported on the new fast-casual spot back in May, with an announcement suggesting the opening might come in the summertime. Loaded Links joins other new Troy dining options like the Latin-inspired Gran Castor, Fogo de Chão Brazilian steakhouse chain and Shake Shack.
