Chef Emmele Herrold has a brand new gig. The former executive chef for One-Eyed Betty’s, Pop’s for Italian, and the now-defunct Daily Dinette has been appointed culinary director for Bobcat Bonnie’s, Metro Times first-reports.

Herrold will be revamping the menu while helping maintain quality and consistency at Bonnie’s Corktown and newly opened Wyandotte locations, according to the gastropub’s owner Matthew Buskard. While she has yet to introduce any new dishes, Buskard tells Eater that regulars can expect to see some changes soon.

Herrold left her position as executive chef for the Kramer Restaurant Group (operators of One-Eyed Betty’s and more) last fall to launch the permanent sandwich and loaded fries pop-up Black Eagle at The Bosco in Ferndale. Buskard confirms that Herrold is no longer running the pop-up.
