BOOZE NEWS — Eastern Market sandwich slinger Stache International is getting a liquor license. The restaurant, which debuted last year, is currently in the process of building out a bar. The menu will feature easy drinking cocktails like a “street fair lemonade” with vodka, lemon, water, sugar, and a Faygo red pop ice cube alongside beer, wine, and mead. [Detroit News]

COMING ATTRACTIONS — Restaurateur Dave G. Muer plans to bring a new restaurant — Muer’s Table + Bar — to Partridge Creek this spring (March/April). The restaurant will fill the former Tin Fish space. The eatery will seat around 300 guests and serve a variety of seafood dishes prepared by chef Don Throneberry. [EaterWire]
