Owner Matthew Buskard announced the expansion in January, confirming that he had struck a deal to revamp the former Bourbon’s restaurant and bar at 118 Sycamore St. The restaurant is expected to serve an identical menu to the original location in Corktown, known for its mixture of burgers, loaded tater tots, and dishes like Cap’n Crunch chicken fingers. The restaurant will also feature a wide range of craft beers, inexpensive wines by the glass, and cocktails.

Diners can expect dinner service-only to start, though the restaurant will eventually expand into lunch and brunch service with a $3 build-your-own bloody mary and mimosa bar.

Eater has reached out to Bonnie’s for more details on the launch including opening hours. Stay tuned for updates.

Bobcat Bonnies Wyandotte is located at 118 Sycamore St. 734-556-3258.
