The massive taproom is located 2515 Riopelle St. and features German-style beers as well as one-offs utilizing market ingredients. A food truck called the Elephant Shack is also expect to operate outside of the tap house. Take a peek inside the brewery ahead of the debut. [EaterWire]

The 6,600-square-foot restaurant is located in the Pittsfield Place development at 3153 Ann Arbor-Saline Road. It will be the twelfth location for the chain, considered the godfather of Detroit-style pizza. Another location is expected to open inside the Detroit Zoo. [EaterWire]
