DOWNTOWN — Just short of a year after teaming up with the Park Bar to helm its Hawaiian food restaurant, GoGo’s, chef Adam Verville is bidding farewell to his post. Verville tells Eater that the poke shop will live on but ownership has no plans at this time to replace him. Likewise, Verville hasn’t found a new project yet.
DOWNTOWN — Downtown Louie’s Lounge near Capitol Park has found new blood to run the show. The restaurant announced in mid-December that its recruited a new executive chef Daniel Rutkowski (formerly Iridescence and Robert’s Restaurant Group). Per a release, with Rutkowski’s help the restaurant aims to expand its happy hour, brunch service, and other events this year.
