UP FOR GRABS — In June, DTE Energy revealed plans for a year-round restaurant and space for food trucks at its forthcoming park located near the G.A.R. Building. Now, the utility is on the hunt for a tenant to take over the 4,000-square-foot space enclosed by NanaWalls that seats 110 diners (85 inside) and offers a patio bar. The eatery would serve lunch, dinner, and brunch at a “moderate price point.” [Crain’s]
