NEWS — Late-night Hamtramck favorite Campau Town is bidding adieu to its lunch service in order to refocus on the hungry after hours crowd. The restaurant will now open for evening service seven nights a week (9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The team recently opened a new and expanded Rock City Eatery in Midtown. [Metro Times]

Forthcoming roadhouse-style restaurant The Morrie will bring loaded potatoes and steak salads to downtown Royal Oak on Thursday. The restaurant owned by Bistro 82 operator AFB Hospitality Group will fill the former Franklin Fine Wine and Cafe on Main Street. [Crain’s]
