CHEF SHUFFLES — There’s a new chef at the helm of Royal Oak eateries Strada and Hamlin Corner. Opening chef Rachel Spaccarotelli has been replaced by Alan Merhar. Both menus will receive revamps with special attention paid to “rebranding the cuisine and dining experience at Strada.” [EaterWire]

EVENTWIRE — Belt Alley bar The Skip will host Live & Raw on August 14, August 28, and September 9 featuring free acoustic performances by up-and-coming Detroit musicians. The event is part of a new series developed by Fanic Music. [EaterWire]
