WEEK IN REVIEWS — This week in restaurant reviews Metro Times’ Serena Maria Daniels revisits Antietam, an Eastern Market establishment that the critic acknowledges has had its fair share of challenges maintaining a consistent back-of-house staff. The spot has since found new stability under chef/partner Seth High who’s introduced some new seafood dishes to the menu while keeping fan favorites like the oxtail on offer. Elsewhere, Molly Abraham heaps praise on converted gas station eatery Red Crown. Chef Michael Keys, she writes, has taken the restaurant's Southern smokehouse cuisine "to a higher level with assertive and sometimes even brash flavors throughout the menu." Red Crown receives three stars. [Metro Times/Detroit News]
