Royal Oak seafood restaurant Tom’s Oyster Bar is revamping its cocktail menu for summer. The eatery gained a new chef Zach Borowski in March and has undergone some big menu changes since. The latest update features a host of chilled mule cocktails, martinis, house infused spirits, and adult milkshakes.
Tom’s classic Spanish coffee dessert cocktail was already fashioned into a beer earlier this year by Warren’s Dragonmead brewery, and will also receive the boozy milkshake treatment. Additionally, diners can expect a seasonal easy drinking essential — sangria — served in red and white varieties by the carafe or glass.
