CHEF SHUFFLES — Top of the Pontch is once again down an executive chef. Brandon Schatko, who took over last fall after the departure of Justin Vaiciunas, is leaving the high rise restaurant to take a chef de cuisine position at Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, New York.
