Take a Peek at Pudding Head's Interior Renderings

The Corktown breakfast and lunch counter aims to open this fall

Virtuoso Design+Build/Facebook

Local design firm Virtuoso Design + Build revealed a few more completed interior renderings this week for the forthcoming breakfast and lunch counter Pudding Head. Corktown resident Roseann Micallef is behind the concept that's slated to open this fall in a loading dock area on Rosa Parks Boulevard. The restaurant is expected to feature a variety of international hand pies, as well as soups, and salads, utilizing local ingredients, and will also house a community center with weekend events and workshops. All together, including patio space, the venue will seat around 75 patrons.

While exterior renderings for the space were shared more than a month ago, the interior design was still in development when Eater last spoke to Micallef. Check out the fresh batch of conceptual designs below. Pudding Head will be running a booth all summer long at the Corktown Farmers Market for those interested in getting a sneak peek of some of shops menu items.
