EVENTWIRE — Ann Arbor-based Japanese restaurant Slurping Turtle will host another round of its annual Ramen Battle on July 10. Five chefs including Jared Bobkin (Bayview Yacht Club), Doug Hewitt (Chartreuse), Andy Hollyday (Selden Standard), Tadashi Nagura (Slurping Turtle), and David Koshizawa (The International Culinary School at the Art Institute) will face off, bringing their own special flavor profile to the traditional noodle soup.
