COLLABORATIONS — Chefs Luciano DelSignore and James Rigato are teaming up for a spring harvest dinner at Bacco Ristorante in Southfield (a prelude to a pop-up that the pair will be doing in Abruzzo, Italy, in September). Backed by popular demand, the chefs will takeover the entire restaurant at 7 p.m. on May 16. The cost is $75, which includes rabbit lasagnette, grilled lamb ribs, lamb sausage, braised cabbage, borlotti beans and ricotta lemon cheesecake. Wine pairings are available for $40. The mobile ordering app called Grab allows customers to place orders and pre-pay for meals.
