COLLABORATIONS — Chefs Luciano DelSignore and James Rigato are teaming up for a spring harvest dinner at Bacco Ristorante in Southfield (a prelude to a pop-up that the pair will be doing in Abruzzo, Italy, in September). Backed by popular demand, the chefs will takeover the entire restaurant at 7 p.m. on May 16. The cost is $75, which includes rabbit lasagnette, grilled lamb ribs, lamb sausage, braised cabbage, borlotti beans and ricotta lemon cheesecake. Wine pairings are available for $40. Call 248-356-6600. [EaterWire]

CHEF SHUFFLES — There's a new chef in the house at Tre Monte Ristorante. Executive chef Benedetto Palazzolo is taking over the kitchens. The restaurant is expected to shut down for the next three weeks for updates and will reopen with a new menu on June 1. [Facebook]

POP-UPS — Short-lived Asian dining concept Tokyo Club returns from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. this Saturday for a brief pop-up at Rubbed in Corktown. The menu features dishes like ginger salad, kimchi burgers, banh mi, spring rolls, and "Heroin fries" with house hoisin, pork dashi, and brown sugar. [Facebook]

YELP WANTED — One Yelper going by Jill "Pretty Woman" A. is lampooning the food review site by publishing highly creative critiques of Detroit restaurants including Dime Store and Johnny Noodle King. The author has since moved on to locations in the Los Angeles area. [Yelp/Facebook]

DEAL FEED — Eastern Market eatery La Rondinella is launching happy hour this week. The special drink deals and bar snacks run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. [Facebook]

FOOD ON THE FLY — Travelers flying through Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) can now place orders at select restaurants in the terminal with the click of a button. The mobile ordering app called Grab allows customers to place orders and pre-pay for meals. Unfortunately, the app is limited to only a few restaurants and cafés including Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Hockeytown Café, Le Petit Bistro, Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen, TGI Friday's, Thee Irish/Guinness Pub, and Coffee Beanery. AWARDS SEASON — Local tea maker Joseph Wesley Tea has been nominated for Best Tea Brand by the 2016 World Tea Awards. Founder Joseph Uhl's book The Art and Craft of Tea has likewise been nominated for Best Tea Publication. The winners will be announced during the World Tea Expo held from June 15 through June 17 in Las Vegas. [EaterWire]
