Curbed Detroit reports the Trumbull & Porter Hotel, formerly the Corktown Hotel, has undergone a $9 million renovation and is now accepting guests. In addition to lodging the hotel is in the process of opening a bar and restaurant — Red Dunn Kitchen and Burroughs Lounge — as well as a private dining space.

Red Dunn Kitchen will offer "American cuisine" with a full bar and courtyard seating area that will host live music acts. The Burroughs Lounge is also expected to offer local Detroit spirits, wine, and craft beer. Both are slated for a debut during the Trumbull & Porter grand opening over Labor Day weekend in September.
