BEER HERE — Downtown restaurant Republic is hosting its first ever beer dinner in the restaurant's upstairs event space. Chef Sarah Welch, who spent her childhood in Jamaica, is serving a Caribbean meal alongside beers from Dark Horse Brewing and Bell's Brewing. Tickets are $50, which includes two beer pairings per course. THE CHAINS —€” Michigan-based chain Happy's Pizza is now slingin' pies in its first full-service, sit-down location in Ann Arbor.
