Spring is prime brunch season with many restaurants around the city opening their patios (or numerous garage-style windows) and coaxing in diners with weekend specials. Central Kitchen + Bar is among the Detroit's latest brunch recruits. The gastropub, which debuted near Campus Martius last summer, will launch its inaugural Sunday brunch service on May 1.
