POP-UPS —€” Birmingham's nose-to-tail eatery The Stand Gastro Bistro is hosting chef George Azar of Flowers of Vietnam for a six-course dinner at 6 p.m. on May 4. Tickets are $50. The menu provides a taste of what Azar's been doing for the past few months in Vernor Coney Island.
