Atomic Chicken — the anticipated fast-casual concept from chefs Matt Baldridge, Greg Reyner, and Treat Dreams owner Scott Moloney — hosted several private friends and family previews over the weekend at the forthcoming Clawson location. The menu for Atomic is still receiving tweaks based on feedback from the previews but carryout-only spot in Clawson seems poised for a spring debut. Moloney tells Eater the larger New Center restaurant is looking towards a possible July opening.
Baldridge and Reyner collaborated heavily on the menu, which boasts chicken dishes galore (on sandwiches and over Belgian waffles), along with smothered biscuits, and sides like gorgonzola mac & cheese.
