Royal Oak eatery Tom's Oyster Bar is undergoing another revamp under its new executive chef Zach Borowski just in time for patio season. Borowski joined the restaurant and its sister establishment Ale Mary's in mid-March following the departure of Norman Fenton. The new menu — out today — is a change from chef Fenton's, but preserves house favorites like New England clam chowder. Diners can choose from a shortlist of surf and turf sandwiches, larger entrees, and shared plates such as clam poutine and wagyu sirloin tips. Take a peek at the full menu below.
