Look Around the 24-Hour Daily Dinette

Round-the-clock doughnuts, burgers, and chili fries

Ferndale's 24-hour diner Daily Dinette debuted a little over a month ago in the former Buffalo Wild Wings space on Nine Mile alongside its sister restaurant Pop's for Italian. Developed as a fast-casual concept suitable for the area's late-night bar crowds and people looking for a quick early morning breakfast, the restaurant serves up a simple, no-frills menu with burgers, chili cheese fries, nitro brew coffee, and a variety of doughnuts.

Birmingham-based firm Ron & Roman designed the space with a retro look. The Dinette features a chrome facade on the patio and lots of pink — from the tiled wall accents to fuzzy, cushioned booths. Photographers Michelle and Chris Gerard recently took tours of the completed restaurants. Peruse the gallery below and don't forget to check out Pop's.
