One of the first steps to opening a new restaurant is to obscure your windows so no one can peak at the construction in progress. Fast-casual, chicken and waffles concept Atomic Chicken displayed its new window signage at 6500 Woodward Ave. yesterday. Opening this spring, the fried yardbird cafe comes from the team behind Dinner Club Pop-Up and forthcoming Ferndale restaurant The Conserva, Matthew Baldridge, Janna Coumoundouros, and additional silent partners.
The Woodward Avenue Atomic Chicken will also be joined by a Clawson location in April.
