EXPANSIONS —€” The Zingerman's food empire is pouring more than $1 million into renovations for a 6,000-square-foot space in the downtown Ann Arbor Residence Inn by Marriott. The company plans to open a new events space called The Greyline in the building by late July. [DBiz]
