Katoi Brick-and-Mortar Aims for March Debut

Former Thai-inspired food truck Katoi is in countdown mode for its brick-and-mortar restaurant. According to social media, the hotly anticipated Corktown eatery appears to be targeting a March debut. Katoi's team is showing off sneak peaks of the interior via Instagram including unfinished stone walls and colorfully printed upholstered booths. There's also some seriously cute noodle bowls.

Update: The team is also launching staff training.
