RUMORMONGERING — A tipster tells Eater downtown cocktail bar The Keep may once again be going subterranean. A rep from the bar declined to comment on the possible move. [EaterWire]

EATER TRACKING —€” Roy Choi and Daniel Patterson still appear to be targeting Detroit for a possible Loco'l location. The chef team launched their wholesome fast food concept in Los Angeles' Watts neighborhood last month. Choi tweeted a tentative (and probably overly ambitious) expansion plan last week suggesting a possible 2017 opening in Detroit. [Twitter]

POP-UPS —€” Hassan Musselmani, one of two Metro Detroit chefs featured on this season of Hell's Kitchen, is serving up a five-course dinner at the Managerie Kitchen in Pontiac on February 26. Tickets are $55. [EaterWire]
