FOOD TV — Chef Jared Bobkin of Local Kitchen and Bar and chef Hassan Musselmani are competing in the 15th season Fox reality show Hell's Kitchen, which premieres on January 15 at 9 p.m. Expect plenty of berating from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. [Detroit News]

EVENTWIRE — Ann Arbor Restaurant Week returns January 17 through January 22. A staggering fifty-four restaurants are participating with special menus and deals on lunch and dinner. [MLive]

EXPANSIONS — Original Buscemi's is plotting expansions into Orchard Lake Village, Warren, Wyandotte, West Bloomfield Township, and Almont this year. The company is also launching two sit down-style bar and grill concepts in Keego Harbor and Waterford Township. [DBusiness]

PACZKI MANIA — Prepare for a brisk jog and a carb binge. Registration for the annual Paczki Run is now open. The 5K begins at 10 a.m. on February 6 and the $35 fee includes a paczek and a beer. [EaterWire]

CHEF SHUFFLES — Chef Kevin Browe is back in the kitchen at The Block on Woodward. Browe was formerly chef for The Grille Midtown, which underwent a rebranding and menu change last fall to become The Block. [EaterWire]

POP-UPS — Forthcoming Brush Park restaurant Grey Ghost is hosting its third pop-up at Gold Cash Gold on February 8. The five course meal will focus on items prepared using pork with cocktails by bartender Will Lee. Tickets (not including drinks) are $60. [EaterWire]
