Post-holiday season frugality be damned. Birmingham's swanky Rugby Grille recently added an ultra-indulgent addition to its dinner menu. Chef de Cuisine Damian Yopek's luxurious new creation is a foie gras burger prepared with wagyu beef, sweet onion jam, seared foie, braised short rib, parmesan aioli, shaved burgundy truffles, and Thomasville tomme cheese. Each towering creation is served with a side of burgundy truffle fries for a cool $55. That's one way to spend your Christmas money.
