Stache International is prepped and ready for its official unveiling this Thursday, bringing even more late-night dining options to Detroit. The restaurant, located in Eastern Market, will feature a shortlist of sandwich options featuring house-smoked and cured meats.
On the menu find items like the Southern Belle, a smoked turkey breast sandwich with bacon, braised collards, and a Cajun ranch sauce, as well as a brunch-worthy Brooklyn Bloody that combines McClure's bloody mary mix tomato spread with dill havarti, swiss cheese, and fried pickles.There's no liquor license at the shop, but the restaurant does offer Germack coffee, Vernor's, and Faygo.
Stache's goal is to fill the food void for area bars that lack kitchens. The restaurant will initially run deliveries to its neighbor Thomas Magee's Sporting House and The Well in Greektown. Expect limited hours during the soft opening with expanded hours this spring. Check out the full menu below.
Stache International soft opens January 14. The restaurant's hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday with delivery service to Thomas Magee's and The Well until 2 a.m. Expect more bar partners and expanded hours this spring.
