DISASTER REPORT — A driver apparently experiencing a medical emergency lost control of their vehicle and smashed into Royal Oak's Siam Spicy restaurant this morning. No one in the restaurant was hurt and the driver was taken to the hospital, however the building appears to be damaged. [Local Stew]
