The team began brewing cider this week and, according to Metro Mode, plans to offer a limited-release wet-hopped peach mead and ice mead as well as a cream ale. The brews will feature Michigan wildflower honey, Michigan apples, and ingredients from farther abroad like Thai jasmine rice. Carbonated meads will be canned while still meads will come in 375 milliliter bottles. The crew also says a patio, food trucks, and booze festivals are also in the cards. [Metro Mode/Facebook]
