The building housing Eastern Market institution Bert's Warehouse is headed back to auction next month, Crain's reports. The entertainment complex, which was lost to foreclosure in 2014, sold at auction last month for nearly $2 million; however, the buyer failed to close the deal within 30 days of the auction. The building will hit the auction block once again between October 26 and October 28 with a minimum bid of $700,000 and a $10,000 refundable bid deposit.

In earlier this summer, fans rallied around the restaurant in hopes of raising enough funds to buy the building back. Even if the building sells, Bert's isn't going anywhere for a while. The popular restaurant has lease through 2017.
