Corktown newcomer Bobcat Bonnie's is softly opening this weekend with private friends and family previews. As promised, chefs Michael Lloyd and Beren Ekine-Hewitt are offering up a diverse selection of casual bar bites with a West Coast flair and moderate prices. Meatier options like chicken tikka masala and fried boloney stand up against vegetarian choices like beet tartare and a chickpea salad sandwich. The selection of house cocktails also leans towards refreshing flavors and simple ingredients such as the rosemary sour.
Monday nights, Bonnie's will host a burger special, with six burger options, fries, and a beer for $10. The restaurant is also diving into a pleasantly predictable Monday through Friday happy hour, with Sunday brunch service launching August 23. Check out the full menu below:
