Opening day at Parks & Rec Diner is finally here. The restaurant swings open at 7 a.m. today with a menu by chef Sarah Welch chock full of breakfast staples like strata, Dutch babies, and bloody marys. Parks & Rec is fashioned like a classic diner with round stools at the counter, but also takes cues from its name with features like park bench-styled green booths and chairs. The new restaurant is smaller than its sister tavern, Republic, and doesn't accept reservations, so be sure to get there early.

This.... Come see for yourself. We open tomorrow at 7am! @chefwelch
