After several months of delays, Royal Oak's new tapas restaurant La Dulce is soft opened Wednesday evening. Eater spoke with owner Luis Negrete earlier this week and he confirmed the restaurant was undergoing final inspections. The restaurant reportedly underwent a $1 million renovation to achieve its distinctive look that includes an updated facade with inlaid lighting. According to a Facebook post, the restaurant opened at 4 p.m. for food only and non-alcoholic cocktails. Check out the menu and snag a reservation on OpenTable.
