Wong is offering a "Tactile Taste of Banglatown" from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on September 4 and 5 p..m. to 9 p.m. on September 5 at the Play House on Moran St. The "gastro-performance" features stews, teas, and other recipes the artist discovered while exploring the neighborhood. BOOZE NEWS — Royal Oak is getting its very own pedal pub, but don't get too excited. Despite the new state law allowing drinking on the cycle-powered tourist attractions, the Royal Oak City Council plans to pass an ordinance forbidding drinking on the vehicles.
