A developer is looking to breathe new life into the former Opus One space on Larned Street, Crain's reports. The office building was purchased last month by New Jersey-based Mitchell Mekles for $1.2 million. A local real estate agent representingthe new owner says Mekles is currently courting several would-be occupants to fill the 10,000-square-foot first floor including a brewery and a few chain restaurants.
