Chocolate wizards Bon Bon Bon will join Katoi in Exile in Ann Arbor July 16. Owner Alexandra Clark tells Eater the pop-up counter located inside the former Jerusalem Garden on Fifth Avenue will offer an abbreviated version of the selection found in her Detroit shops. "We'll only have 16 flavors. It's just a smaller counter," she says. Clark confirms that if things go well with the temporary shop, she might make it permanent.
The Bon Bon Bon-A2 shop will open Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
