Maybe chef James Rigato is right. Hazel Park might be the next hot suburb for development. A new microbrewery, Cellarmen's, announced today that it will settle into Hazel Park's John R. strip this fall with craft beer, mead, and cider on tap in the tasting room. Ian Radogost-Givens and Jason Petrocik will be heading the brewing programs. The company will occupy the 12,000-square-foot former Bolyard Lumber building, reports The Detroit News. The taproom is expected to debut by mid-September. Stay tuned for more details.
