Birmingham’s Forest Grill Temporarily Shuttered for Remodeling

Birmingham eatery Forest Grill, has shuttered for renovations. The restaurant founded by chef Brian Polcyn sold earlier this year to an unnamed investor. Polcyn bid adieu to customers and staff at the restaurant in May during several high-profile dining events. Nick Janutol has since taken over as executive chef. Stay tuned for more details. [Freep]
