A new culinary space, The Menagerie Kitchen, will host its first pop-up dinner June 27, co-owner April Forbes tells Eater. Not just a pop-up restaurant, The Menagerie also operates a licensed community kitchen and hosts cooking classes. The location's first dinner will feature five courses by Rochester Taproom's chef Travis Waynick with a menu of foie gras, cauliflower salad, and more. Tickets are $65. Forbes tells Eater that Waynick and The Manegerie are also collaborating on an upcoming Dining In The Dark experience where guests will be blindfolded during the meal.
