Beloved Steve's Place Bar Owner Passes Away

Steve Francis, founder of beloved downtown bar Steve's Place died Tuesday. He was 90. According to a public Facebook group for the bar's many loyal fans, Steve's family will be returning him to Greece for services and burial. Steve's wife Sophie "said she will remain at Steve's Place for now and will in a bit move to Greece where she has more family. She said with Steve gone Steve's Place will not reopen."
